The first song I ever heard from Adele was "Rolling in the deep" and shortly after it was "Someone like you'' which was her 2 most viral songs, and I honestly thought her voice was amazing, her album 21 ended up selling more than 6 million copies and remains on the charts as no.1. Adele had a good year for the most part but she ended up almost losing her voice but she bounced right back just in time for this years grammys, which ended up being the biggest night in her life since her throat surgery. Adele performed her biggest hit ''Rolling in the deep'' and ended up killing her performance, which was the first time she sang after having surgery. I honestly was nervous for her because it's been a while and her voice might not sound the same but I was wrong and I think a lot of the other artist were amazed with her performance, which got her a standing ovation. That night Adele walked away with song of the year, best pop solo performance, best pop vocal album, album of the year, record of the year and best short form music video, that's a total of 6 awards. Her soulful voice landed her in the same place as Beyonce who also went home with 6 awards that night, she's really in her prime right now and i can't wait for her new projects to be released.
